We Design Learning At St Michael’s we focus on the process of designing learning. This involves asking: “Is learning engaging, purposeful, relevant and challenging?” Using a comprehensive understanding of learners we design learning that is challenging. We draw upon a rich pool of data about each learner to help them explore the extent of their competencies. This is all done under the ongoing commitment for success and growth for every learner.
